DIRECTIONS TO ASU
Appalachian State University is located in the mountains of western carolina in the town of Boone, NC. It is approximately 2 hours from Charlotte, NC, Asheville, NC, and Greensboro, NC and 1 hour from Johnston City, TN. The three primary highways into Boone, NC are Hwy 421, Hwy 321, and Hwy 105.
